Rafe is a teenage boy with a crazy imagination and who is slightly rebellious, gets fed up with middle school and the strict rules that he must follow. He and his best buddy Leo collaborate to come up with a creative plan to try to break all of the rules that they are told they must follow. What follows are adventures that lead to fights with the principal and others in authority and a lot of trouble in general.
