A normally bedridden 11-year-old boy, Leo, uses the power of astral projection to help a courageous police officer, Alex, fight back against the monsters who broke his leg and put him in a wheelchair. The mobster boss, the Man With the Broken Face, has planned a massive blackout and the complete shutdown of New York City using an Internet virus. Officials receive a video in which he tells them that they must pay one million dollars to stop the attack. Leo has 24 hours to use his amazing gift, which also makes him invisible, to bring the mobsters to justice.
